Midnimo Microfinance and Sahan Solar Services signed a cooperation agreement to improve access to solar energy in Somalia. Midnimo Microfinance will provide Sharia-compliant financing for solar systems. Sahan Solar Services will supply the equipment, installation and technical support. The agreement covers households, businesses and farmers, including those in areas without reliable grid electricity.
